What to Do When There Is a Calibration Issue or No Pressure Detection?

If you encounter calibration or pressure detection problems with your sensors, here are the steps to follow.

 

 

Steps to Reset the Baseline of Your Sensor:

 

  1. Make sure to use the Kinvent App — the K-Force App is now obsolete.
  2. Turn on the sensor and enable Bluetooth on your phone or tablet.
  3. If the device is already registered in the “Sensors” tab of the home page, delete it.
  4. In the “Sensors” tab of the Kinvent App (at the bottom), click on “Register Your Sensors”. Turn on your sensor(s), select the correct one (Grip, Plates, Pull, etc.), and begin scanning. Once the app finds your sensor, click on it to register.
  5. Once registration is complete, click on your sensor in the registered list, then click the “Reset” button. Make sure no pressure is applied to the sensor.
  6. Wait for the confirmation message at the bottom of the screen — and it’s done.
