How to change starting threshold isometric ?

This tutorial shows you how to change the starting threshold in isometric activities.

By default, it’s set to 600g.

Steps:

1. Go to Account
2. Click on ‘Settings’
3. Scroll down to check if ‘Research mode’ is enabled
4. Go to an isometric assessment
5. Scroll down the configuration screen
6. You will be able to change the starting threshold
