How to Reset the Baseline

If you experience issues with calibration, pressure detection, Bluetooth connectivity, or receive a message related to a hardware problem, please follow the steps below.

Steps to Reset the Baseline of Your Sensor:

 

  1. Make sure to use the Kinvent App; the KFORCE app is now obsolete.
  2. Turn on the sensor and the Bluetooth of your phone or tablet.
  3. If the device is already registered in the “Sensors” tab on the home page, delete it.
  4. In the “Sensors” tab of the Kinvent App, click on “Register your sensors”, turn on your sensor(s), select the correct one (Grip – Plates – Pull…), and begin scanning. Once the app finds your sensor, click on it to register.
  5. Once done, click on your sensor in the registered list, then click the “Reset” button. Ensure no pressure is applied to the sensor.
  6. Wait for the confirmation message at the bottom of the screen, and it’s done.
  7. If the issue persists, please contact us for further assistance.

In most cases, resetting the baseline resolves the issue.
