đź’ˇPlease follow these steps when the device has calibration issues or gives erratic readings.
- Turn off your sensor and completely close the Kinvent App.
- Turn on your sensors and open the Kinvent App again.
- Go to the “Sensors” menu at the bottom of the main screen and register your sensor.
- Select the corresponding sensor to open its settings menu.
- Make sure that nothing is pressing on the sensor surface.
- Click on "Auto Tune". Wait a few seconds for the process to complete.
- Click on "Reset". It is essential to carry out these two steps in this order.
If you are using Plates or Deltas, repeat the procedure on both platforms.
➡️ Important: You must always perform the "AutoTune" procedure followed by a “Reset.”
➡️ The Auto Tune feature is not applicable to Version 2 (V2) Plates and Deltas. Only the “Reset” should be performed.
Try running an activity again. The issue should now be resolved.
