All patient-related data is securely encrypted and stored on servers located in France, under European jurisdiction.
We do not store any patient data on foreign servers. Kinvent’s digital tools are used in over 80 countries, and it is technically neither feasible nor secure to provide separate local servers for each one.
Our data management processes have been verified by external legal counsel and are aligned with healthcare regulations and IT security best practices.
