How to find my CSV file?

You’ve just exported your data to a CSV file and want to know where to find it?

 

In this tutorial, we’ll show you how to locate your CSV file on both Android and iOS devices.

 

Android

Steps:

  1. Export the CSV using the export tutorial button.
  2. Open your device’s file manager (e.g., “My Files”).
  3. Go to Internal storage.
  4. Open the Documents folder.
  5. Tap the Kinvent folder.

iOS

Steps:

  1. Export the CSV using the export tutorial button.
  2. Open the Files app.
  3. Select On My iPhone or On My iPad.
  4. Tap the Kinvent folder.
  5. Then, open the Kinvent subfolder.
