The K-Myo can be paired with all Kinvent dynamometers (K-Grip, K-Pull, K-Push). You can find a wide range of exercises combining EMG with these dynamometers.
It measures muscle strength while simultaneously recording electromyographic (EMG) signals. This enables a more comprehensive assessment of muscle activity during various exercises and functional movements.
Steps
- Go to the list of assessments in the app.
- Apply the K-Myo filter.
- Select an activity linked to the muscle you want to assess, paired with one of the dynamometers.
- Open the ID card for detailed test instructions.
- Connect the K-Myo and start the assessment.
